          If you are not happy with the condition of the product or it differs significantly from our description you must, within seven (7) days of the date of delivery, give us written notice, with particulars, of any claim that the goods delivered are not in accordance with your order. Please email [email protected]

          If you fail to provide us with such notice, then to the extent permitted by law, the goods must be treated as having been accepted by you.
          We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind but you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a significant issue, including where:
              - 

          The product has a problem that would have stopped a reasonable person from buying the item had the person known about it
              - It is unsafe
              - It differs significantly from our description of it
              - It doesn’t do what we said it would and can’t be easily modified.



          If the issue can be repaired within warranty conditions, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it can not be repaired you can choose a refund or replacement. 
          Alternatively, in some situations you may choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. Please keep your proof of purchase.


          Unless otherwise agreed in writing by us, you must pay all costs associated with the return of any goods (either to us or from us to you or any third party) including freight, insurance, handling, and other charges.
          Goods cannot be returned to us without our prior written consent.
          Goods to be returned to us must be unsoiled, undamaged, packed and wrapped appropriately, and must include all original packaging and documentation.


          Any return (except for goods deemed by us to be incorrectly supplied or deemed by us to be defective) will incur a handling and administration charge of twenty (20) percent of the purchase price of the returned goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom Made Goods may not be accepted for return.


          We accept no liability for any damage that occurs to any goods in return transit.
