Unable to delete address used in previous order
To view products on this website with Queensland Government pricing please complete and submit the form below for manual approval of your registration within one working day. We will advise you of your registration approval using the email address you have provided. You will need to log in to your account for this site to display Queensland Government pricing.

You must, within seven (7) days of the date of delivery, give us written notice, with particulars, of any claim that the goods delivered are not in accordance with your order. If you fail to provide us with such notice, then to the extent permitted by law, the goods must be treated as having been accepted by you.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind but you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a significant issue, including where:

The product has a problem that would have stopped a reasonable person from buying the item had known about it
It is unsafe
It differs significantly from our description of it
It doesn’t do what we said it would and can’t be easily modified.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase.

Transactions and product purchases being made on this website may be cancelled on the Payment Confirmation window.


Every product sold by Newart Group Pty Ltd is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, including the following:

It extends to the original customer only and is not transferable.
It is effective from the date of purchase of the product.
Original proof of purchase of the product or the receipt will be required for any warranty claim to be considered.

Newart Group Pty Ltd warrants your product against any manufacturing defect or faulty workmanship including full replacement on repair in part or whole as displayed on the product, subject to the following:

If the defect or faulty workmanship prevents the product to be used for its normal, intended purpose.
Any defect in workmanship, which at the time of purchase of the product should reasonably presented itself to you at examination of the product.

Newart Group Pty Ltd does not have any liability or responsibility under this warranty where, caused by conditions beyond Newart Group Pty Ltd’s control including, but not limited to any cost, loss, misuse, neglect, accidents, attachment of accessories, not originating from Newart Group Pty Ltd’s, act of God, overloading beyond recommended capacity or other improper treatment of the product, including unusual use or abusive wear and tear leading to malfunction or damage or incorrect assembly or disassembly of fitment by the purchaser or any other third party.

The warranty only applies for manufacturing faults, and does not cover components, which by their nature may reasonably require periodic replacement due to normal use.

The warranty does not extend to consequential or incidental damage, including but not limited to your existing furniture or environment or to any other person or property.

It is your responsibility to maintain the product adequately and any components subject to wear through use or exposure to the elements and are inspected periodically and replaced with Newart Group Pty Ltd parts as required.

No warranty is provided for failures caused by inadequate maintenance nor non-compliance to fitting instructions supplied by Newart Group Pty Ltd.
