For quick reference here are some important points:

• Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Cairns or suppliers warehouses in Australia.

• Online prices do not include freight and delivery unless specified.

• Freight & Delivery prices are shown at checkout if delivery is within our nominated postcodes.

• Online prices are based on delivery to the ground floor with easily available access for a truck.

• If your order is unable to be delivered within 14 business days of your order placement you will be contacted to decide if you want to proceed. 

• Credit Card payments are only captured through Authorize.net once expected delivery is confirmed to be within 14 days. See cancellation policy for more details regarding cancellation of the order after payment capture.

• Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible.

• Newart Pty Ltd is not responsible if customers provide incorrect details.

• Customers may be liable for storage and other costs in the event that the customer's site is not ready (including occupied rooms)

For convenience and ease of use, online prices for freight and delivery are based on a pricing algorithm. Orders over $5000 will generally require quoting to give you an accurate delivery/freight price.  

Unless quoted in advance, prices do not include assembly. Please contact us for an assembly quote. We provide commercial furniture, as such the assembled/unassembled status of items may differ from similar retail items. For example, many office chairs may come boxed and need assembly.
