Customisation of off-the-shelf products allowed this Ingenia Resort to achieve the look they wanted with adaptions for Cairns' weather. 'Zephyr' seats were upholstered in waterproof material and aluminium legs were added. Centre-holed tables for umbrella placement,  once common, are now no longer available. Newart modified an existing table range to accept umbrellas using a heavy weight base.
